Privacy policy

Last updated 31 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Khet Khajana collects when you use khetkhajana.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and WhatsApp mobile number.
  • Payment records: the plan you bought, the amount, the date, and Razorpay’s order and payment IDs. We do not receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank login details.
  • Login cookies: the essential WordPress cookies that keep you logged in on a device.
  • Technical logs: IP address and browser information our server records for security and to stop misuse.

Why we use it

  • To create your account and send login codes to your WhatsApp.
  • To give you access to editions while your plan is active.
  • To process payments and keep the records tax and accounting law requires.
  • To answer your questions and complaints.
  • To protect our content, for example with the account watermark on pages, and to prevent fraud.

We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

  • Meta (WhatsApp): your mobile number and login code, to deliver the code.
  • Razorpay: your name, email, mobile number and payment amount, to process your payment.
  • Our hosting provider: stores the website and its database on our behalf.
  • Authorities: when Indian law requires it.

The e-paper pages load fonts from Google Fonts and the page reader from Cloudflare’s cdnjs. Your browser’s IP address reaches them as part of downloading these files.

How long we keep it

Account details are kept while your account exists. Payment records are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Login codes expire after 5 minutes and can only be used once.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to our grievance officer, Lal Pushp, at khetkhajana@gmail.com. Deleting your account ends your access; payment records we must keep by law are retained. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

The site uses HTTPS. Login codes are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, and editions are delivered only to logged-in subscribers.

Children

Our service is meant for adults. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account.
