Garuda Construction IPO: नई दिल्ली, 07 अक्टूबर 2024 – Garuda Construction and Engineering का आईपीओ 8 अक्टूबर से 10 अक्टूबर 2024 तक खुला रहेगा। कंपनी ने अपने सार्वजनिक निर्गम (IPO) के लिए 92-95 रुपये प्रति शेयर की प्राइस बैंड निर्धारित की है। यह आईपीओ 1.83 करोड़ नए इक्विटी शेयरों के इश्यू और प्रमोटरों द्वारा 95 लाख शेयरों की बिक्री (ओएफएस) के रूप में आया है। इसका मतलब है कि प्रमोटर भी अपने हिस्से का कुछ हिस्सा बेचेंगे। आईपीओ से जुटाई गई राशि का उपयोग सामान्य कॉर्पोरेट उद्देश्यों के लिए किया जाएगा।
